Community Guidelines

 1 Introduction

Welcome to the Curve Fever Pro community!

1.1 The community

These guidelines apply to all places in the Curve Fever community where users can post content.
This includes, but is not limited to the following.

1.2 Staff team

The curve fever staff team consists of moderators, and the developers.
Staff members are there to help keep the community a safe and nice place for everyone.
Not only will the staff team punish players that don’t follow the rules but they are also there for you when you need help or assistance with anything. Moderators are volunteers who give up their own free time, so they are not obligated to respond to you at all times.

1.3 Changes to the guidelines

Curve Fever is constantly being improved and expanded upon.
As more features get introduced, these guidelines will change and evolve with the game.

 2 Rules

 🔷 low severity - 🔶 medium severity -  📛 high severity -  📝 Content reset

2.1 Game specific rules

2.2 Discord specific rules

** The following scripts/macros are permitted:
– Key remapping
– Repeating keys reptitively to automatically activate powers

2.3 Be civil

The rules above are not concrete terms with precise definitions.
Avoid even the appearance of any of these things.

Do not share your accounts with other users. You are responsible for your own accounts.
If someone else breaks the rules using your account, you will be held accountable.
As an extension of this, we do not support accounts that you may have received from other users, in the broadest sense of the term. This includes, but is not limited to: accounts that you purchased or were gifted to you. If you acquired an account from someone else, in any which way, we can not help you in the event of loss or theft.

 3 Punishments

3.1 Types of punishments

The type of punishment depends on the offence, the severity and the amount of repeated offences.
In some cases we might decide to mute and in other cases we might decide to ban.
Content resets usually are paired with another punishment such as a warning.

3.2 Severity Levels

We categorize all offended rules in three severities.

3.3 Repeated offenders

Depending on the severity of the broken rules the punishments will be given.
When offending rules multiple times in a certain timespan the severity of the punishments will be increased.

We will mostly look at the offences from the past 30 days when deciding on a punishment.
This means that if you were muted a month ago then we will not immediately consider you a repeat offender. The exception here is if you have been a repeated offender many times.
Showing good conduct and not having any offences on your name will therefore mean the punishments are less severe.

3.4 Actions taken by staff members

Every situation is unique and these rules and punishments won’t cover everything.
Our aim is to treat everyone equally but some times exceptions need to be made.
Please always respect the decisions made by the staff team, the moderators work voluntarily and the only goal is to keep the community safe, fun and civilized.
In any case if you disagree with the judgement of a staff member you can contact us.
