Loading Screen:

  • Tips: For one-hundred-percent of the loading screen chances, you’re likely to see tips. These help you get better at this game once you’ve read them. There are 15 tips:
    • During Rev Up, mash the acceleration button as much as your fingers can handle before the word “Go!”.
    • During Precise Start, time your acceleration at just the right time in order to get a special boost start.
    • If you want to get some vitality by jumping over certain objects, press the Jump Button. You will get a good amount of nitro points received to your Vitality Meter.
    • It takes half of a Vital Bar to bash sideways. The best way to use it is to slow down your opponents and handling sharp turns.
    • There are many other ways to gain nitro besides picking up Nitro Pickups: Driving backward, side driving, bashing other players, doing tricks, and drifting. You can also get some nitro from Direct Hits (based off of settings).
    • There are some pads placed in each track (most are on turns). You can drift or do any ground-related trick in order to gain nitro.
    • If you wanted to gain acceleration quickly or be faster, press the Boost Button to gain speed.
    • To do an Ultra Boost, press the Boost Button two times (rapidly). It requires four Nitro Bars (nitro or vitality can be named).
    • Whenever you pick up a weapon, you can get any of the 40 weapons - and each one of them has a different effect.
    • When you’re infected by a fever, you will have a debuff for a certain amount of time (unless you cancel it with any module that can repel it).
    • Nitrodex is an enemy pilot that has an explosive ship. He is the best source for KO combos.
    • For every species you disable, you will get a small amount of time added to your time limit.
    • There is a Proton Box hidden in each track, arena, and some of the story tracks. With them, you can get ships, tracks, and even new levels.
    • Summoner will appear (in Hunter Mode) on the last round (6th) while he’s trying to attack you. Hit him three times by using a weapon that could reach him.
    • For every boss, there is a weakness that they have. If you want to know if you got the perfect one for it, you’ll notice the boss flashing red whenever you attack it.

Features In Gameplay:

Streamlining - Whenever you drive close behind the racer in front of you, the reduction of air resistance causes you to gain more speed - perhaps past your maximum speed (and get a large yet a very short boost if you streamlined long enough) . The streamline indicator shows whether you are streamlining or not. It’s not ‘streamlining’ if you are sideways of the racer or far away from the racer.
Boost Buttons - You can input the boost and affect how will you use nitro, depending on which button you press. For example, you can just press the Primary Boost Button to do a single - the Secondary Boost Button gives you a double boost - and pressing both of them gives you a triple boost.
Vitality Booster - This thing is used for increasing the effect of nitro use - mainly used for speedrunning or getting the best time possible on a race track. This can only increase by doing air tricks, doing Direct Hits, frontrunning, etc. (they’re special tricks). Every time the meter gets halfway full or 100% full , the booster will decrease to increase you boost performance (only when you use a nitro boost), so it’s best to use it wisely.
